Overview Lash Artist / Eyelash Extension Specialist - Independent Contractor D'Cate Aesthetics & Medicine is expanding and looking for a talented, motivated Lash Artist to join our growing aesthetics and wellness team. We're seeking a beauty professional who is passionate about creating beautiful results while providing an exceptional client experience. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your own business within an established medical aesthetics practice that offers referral opportunities, marketing support, and a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities Perform high-quality eyelash extension services, including Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume sets (based on experience) Perform lash fills, lash removal, lash lifts, and lash tinting (if certified) Consult with clients to determine their desired look and recommend appropriate services Educate clients on proper aftercare and maintenance Maintain accurate client records Follow all sanitation, infection control, and Virginia licensing requirements Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment area Build long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service Promote your work through social media and participate in practice marketing efforts Qualifications Current Virginia Cosmetology or Esthetics License (as required by Virginia law) Certification and experience in eyelash extension application Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain before starting) Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional, dependable, and self-motivated Existing clientele preferred but not required Portfolio and social media showcasing your work are highly encouraged Why Join D'Cate Aesthetics & Medicine?
