• A Nail Technician is responsible for delivery of exceptional nail and hair services.

• Duties and Responsibilities:

• The ideal Nail Technician will have the instinct to exude the following: + Excellent communication skills that inspire connection with guests and colleagues.

+ A passion to be of service to others. + High level of personal and professional integrity. + Confident technical skills and strong educational background, with the ability to adjust techniques according to the intake assessment, indicators in treatment and contraindications. + Exceptional team player, share and maintain a positive attitude in a robust spa environment. + Solutions oriented approach to problem solving, capable of dealing with stressful situations calmly and professionally. + Time management awareness and adherence to work schedules. + Organizational skills. + High standard of tidiness and sanitation awareness. + Availability to work a schedule that includes, evenings, weekends and holidays is required. + Must display appropriate social skills and congeniality necessary to make guests and colleagues feel comfortable and welcome. + Requirement to provide a specific list of Miraval brand standard treatment protocols and modalities.

• Education and / or

Experience:

• + Must possess a current and valid Arizona Nail Technician License to be considered for this position.

If you are planning to relocate to Arizona and hold a current and valid license in another state. Financial reimbursement of license transfer fees will be considered for the ideal candidate.
