Duties Perform manicure, pedicure, gel manicure, acrylic nail application, and nail extension services with precision and artistry Apply and shape nail enhancements using techniques such as acrylics and gel products Conduct thorough sanitation and disinfection procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, recommend suitable treatments, and provide personalized care Educate clients on nail care routines, maintenance tips, and retail product options to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness of workstations, tools, and salon areas in accordance with salon safety protocols Upsell additional services like body waxing or eyelash extensions to maximize client satisfaction and revenue Skills Strong knowledge of color theory to create visually appealing nail designs Proficiency in applying various nail enhancements including gel manicures, acrylics, and nail extensions Experience with pedicure treatments and overall nail care expertise Familiarity with salon safety protocols, sanitation standards, and disinfection procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients Knowledge of esthetic laser treatments, hair styling, hair extensions, hair threading, body waxing, and eyelash extensions is a plus Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining professionalism Strong communication skills combined with retail math skills for effective sales transactions Join us in creating beautiful transformations while fostering a welcoming environment where clients feel valued!
