Duties Provide professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity Apply advanced techniques such as nail extensions, gel polish, and intricate designs using color theory principles to match client preferences Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and cleaning workstations to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance Offer personalized consultations to recommend suitable nail treatments and products based on individual needs and preferences Upsell additional services like eyelash extensions, body waxing, or esthetic laser treatments to enhance client satisfaction and revenue Assist clients with retail sales of nail care products, skincare items, and beauty accessories to promote ongoing self-care at home Stay current on industry trends in nail art, hair extensions, hair styling, hair threading, dermabrasion, and other esthetic treatments to provide innovative solutions Qualifications Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail care or related specialties Proven experience in providing high-quality manicure and pedicure services with an eye for detail Knowledge of color theory, nail art techniques, and latest trends in nail design Strong communication skills to understand client needs and deliver exceptional customer service Familiarity with sanitation protocols and safety standards within a salon or spa environment Ability to perform additional beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, hair threading, or dermabrasion is a plus Retail math skills for upselling products effectively while maintaining excellent customer relationships Join us today to turn your passion for beauty into a rewarding career where you can make clients look and feel their best!
