Duties Perform a variety of nail services including gel manicures, acrylic nail applications, nail extensions, and intricate nail art designs. Conduct pedicures and manicure treatments that promote healthy nails and skin. Apply and maintain nail enhancements with precision, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal. Follow salon safety protocols, including sanitation and disinfection procedures, to maintain a clean and safe workspace. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction. Upsell retail products such as nail care items or beauty accessories to enhance client experience and salon revenue. Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art, color theory, and industry techniques to continually elevate service quality. Requirements FLUENCY in SPANISH (highly preferred•) Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a Nail Artist or similar role. Strong knowledge of sanitation standards, disinfection procedures, and salon safety protocols. Proficiency in applying gel manicures, acrylic nails, nail extensions, and performing pedicures. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients professionally and confidently. Knowledge of color theory for creating customized designs that match client preferences. Ability to perform detailed work with precision while maintaining efficiency during busy hours. Additional skills such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, or esthetic laser treatments are a plus but not required.
