Job Overview Babes Den Nails is growing, and we are seeking a licensed Nail Technician to join our team in Fresno, CA. We are looking for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, coachable, and genuinely interested in advancing their craft. Previous Russian manicure or pedicure experience is not required. Advanced Training Provided Selected technicians will receive hands-on training in the techniques and standards used at Babes Den Nails, including: Russian manicure techniques Russian pedicure techniques Precision cuticle preparation Structured manicures and hard gel application Nail anatomy and proper architecture E-file technique and safety Sanitation and disinfection protocols Client consultation and elevated service standards All technicians must successfully complete our required training and demonstrate proficiency before independently servicing Babes Den Nails clients. We believe education comes before speed. Our technicians are given the opportunity to develop their technique and confidence before transitioning onto the floor.
