Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity. Ensure all tools and workstations are sanitized and maintained according to health and safety standards. Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or designs. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere for clients. Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative services. Maintain accurate records of services provided and client preferences for future appointments. Promote retail products related to nail care when appropriate to enhance client satisfaction. Uphold the spa's standards of luxury, professionalism, and cleanliness at all times. Qualifications Proven experience as a Manicurist or Nail Technician in a luxury spa or salon environment preferred. Certification or licensing as required by local regulations for nail technicians. Strong knowledge of current nail techniques, products, and safety protocols. Excellent attention to detail with an artistic eye for design. Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients in a professional manner. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of quality.
