Duties Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic and nail extension applications with precision and artistry Apply color theory principles to recommend suitable shades and designs that complement each client's style Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation and disinfection procedures for tools and workstations Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, provide expert advice, and ensure a personalized experience Upsell retail products such as nail care items, polishes, or skincare products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue Follow all health regulations related to sanitation, disinfection procedures, and salon safety standards Stay current with industry trends in nail art, techniques like dermabrasion or esthetic laser treatments, and new product offerings Requirements Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail technology or related fields Proven experience working as a Nail Technician within the beauty industry or similar environment Strong knowledge of nail care techniques including acrylic application, gel manicures, nail extensions, and sanitation practices Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse clients confidently and professionally Ability to perform detailed work while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety Familiarity with retail sales techniques and upselling strategies to promote products effectively Knowledge of color theory, nail art design, and advanced treatments such as eyelash extensions or body waxing is a plus Join us in creating beautiful transformations while providing top-tier customer service!
