Job Summary We are seeking a talented and energetic Manicurist and Nail Technician to join our vibrant beauty team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional nail care services that enhance our clients' confidence and style. Your expertise in manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements will help create a welcoming environment where clients feel pampered and valued. Duties Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic nail applications, and nail extensions with precision and care Apply nail art techniques utilizing color theory to create customized designs that meet client preferences Conduct sanitation and disinfection procedures in accordance with salon safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment Educate clients on proper nail care, maintenance, and retail product recommendations to enhance their experience Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide professional advice, and upsell retail products or additional services Maintain cleanliness of workstations and tools following disinfection procedures to uphold salon standards Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art, techniques such as dermabrasion or esthetic laser treatments, and industry best practices Qualifications Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail technology required Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a manicurist or nail technician preferred Strong knowledge of color theory, nail extensions (including acrylics), gel manicures, and manicure techniques Familiarity with salon safety protocols, sanitation standards, disinfection procedures, and client communication skills Ability to perform advanced services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling or hair extensions is a plus but not required Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell retail products confidently Good communication skills to effectively interact with diverse clients and team members Join us to bring beauty visions to life!
