In this role, you will provide expert nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylic and nail extensions, and other specialized treatments. Duties Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic nail applications, and nail extensions with precision and artistry Apply color theory principles to create custom nail designs that suit each client's style and preferences Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation and disinfection procedures for tools and workstations Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive experience Upsell retail products related to nail care and beauty treatments to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue Keep detailed records of services provided and client preferences for future appointments Assist with maintaining a clean, organized work environment that complies with all health regulations Qualifications Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a Nail Technician or similar role Knowledge of nail care techniques including gel manicures, acrylic application, nail extensions, and sanitation procedures Strong understanding of color theory and design principles for creating appealing nail art Familiarity with salon safety protocols, disinfection procedures, and hygiene standards Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs Ability to perform additional beauty services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, or esthetic laser treatments is a plus Cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state or local regulations Ability to upsell retail products effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor Join our team where your talent can shine!
