Responsibilities Perform detailed Russian Manicure treatments, including cuticle work, nail shaping, and precise polish application with gel or traditional polish. Apply nail extensions using structured gel techniques to enhance nail length and strength. Conduct comprehensive pedicures, ensuring foot health and relaxation for clients. Deliver expert gel manicures with attention to color theory, ensuring vibrant and long-lasting results. Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation standards, disinfection procedures, and proper tool sterilization. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, provide nail care advice, and recommend suitable services or retail products. Upsell additional services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, or retail items to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue. Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques like dermabrasion or esthetic laser treatments, and industry best practices. Ensure a clean and organized workspace that complies with all health regulations while creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients. Experience Proven experience working as a Nail Technician or in the beauty industry with a focus on manicure services. Strong knowledge of color theory, nail extensions and advanced manicure techniques such as Russian Manicure. Familiarity with salon safety protocols, sanitation standards, disinfection procedures, and client communication skills. Experience performing pedicures, gel manicures, and other related beauty treatments like eyelash extensions or body waxing is preferred. Ability to upsell retail products effectively while maintaining excellent customer service skills. Manicurist License is required.
