Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, Gel X, and nail art with precision and creativity Provide expert advice on nail care, color theory, and maintenance to enhance client satisfaction Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff Offer additional beauty treatments including eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, hair extensions, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, hair threading, and barbering when qualified Engage clients through excellent communication skills to understand their needs and upsell retail products effectively Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments to provide innovative services Manage retail sales efficiently using retail math skills to meet sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service Requirements Valid cosmetology license or relevant certification in nail technology and esthetic treatments Proven experience in nail care services with a strong portfolio of work Knowledge of color theory to assist clients with choosing suitable shades and designs Familiarity with sanitation protocols to maintain a clean work environment Skills in additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, hair extensions, dermabrasion, laser treatments, hair threading, and barbering are preferred but not mandatory Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and team members Ability to upsell products confidently while prioritizing client satisfaction Retail sales experience with an understanding of retail math principles for achieving sales targets Join us to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing beauty experiences!
