Job Overview Dreamality is looking for an experienced Manicurist / Nail Technician specializing in Acrylic and Gel-X nails to join our beauty team. We are looking for someone who is confident working independently, provides quality nail services, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and professional workspace. Acrylic experience is required for this position. Applicants must be comfortable performing acrylic full sets, fills, shaping, and Gel-X services. Pedicures are not required. We are currently hiring for part-time or full-time, with very flexible scheduling available. Compensation may be commission-based or hourly and can be discussed based on experience, availability, and skill level. Responsibilities Perform professional acrylic full sets, acrylic fills, and Gel-X services Properly prep natural nails and apply products safely and correctly Provide clean shaping, filing, finishing, and gel polish application Create nail designs and nail art based on client requests and skill level Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation throughout each shift Properly disinfect tools and follow salon sanitation and safety standards Provide friendly and professional customer service Consult with clients regarding nail shape, length, color, design, and maintenance Assist with opening and closing salon duties when scheduled Manage appointment timing efficiently while maintaining quality Requirements Must have experience performing acrylic nails Experience with Gel-X nail extensions Maintain excellent cleanliness and sanitation practices Reliable, punctual, professional, and able to work independently Good communication and customer service skills Nail art skills are a plus Must hold a valid California manicurist license to perform nail services
