Guaranteed base:

$18/hour for every hour worked. Earn up to an additional $14 per clocked hour when payroll-period service revenue averages $60 or more per clocked hour. All amounts are before taxes. Luxe Nails & Spa is hiring a part-time nail technician / nail artist in Santa Ana. We're looking for skill in acrylic, Gel-X and nail art to serve clients during our busy afternoon and evening hours.

PAY AND EMPLOYMENT W-2

employee position. $18/hour base pay for every hour worked, including service time, waiting, cleaning, training and paid rest breaks. Additional nondiscretionary performance bonus under our written plan. 100% of your tips, subject to applicable tax withholding. Salon supplies provided. The performance bonus is based on service revenue divided by total clocked work hours over the full payroll period. The current tier bonus is scaled to actual hours worked. For example, $50 service revenue per clocked hour adds $8 per clocked hour; $55 adds $11; and $60 or above adds $14. These examples equal $26, $29 or $32/hour in base wages plus earned bonus, before tips and any required overtime adjustments. Bonus earnings depend on performance; the guaranteed base rate is $18/hour. All amounts are before taxes and deductions.

SCHEDULE

Part-time, 3-8 p.m. shifts. Working days will be arranged based on your availability and salon needs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Provide nail services within your license and demonstrated skills, with a focus on acrylic, Gel-X and nail art. Consult with clients on their preferences and provide thoughtful service. Keep tools and workstations clean and follow sanitation and safety requirements. Work reliably with the salon team during busy hours.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR A

current California license authorizing the nail services you perform. Skill in acrylic, Gel-X and nail art, with examples of recent work. Attention to detail, professional client communication and dependable attendance.
