Seeking a Comprehensive Care Dentist - Santa Ana, CA Bright Now Dental, Santa Ana, CA, is looking for a motivated, patient-focused Comprehensive Care Dentist to join our established practice Monday through Friday. Provide comprehensive, patient-centered dental care while practicing at the top of your license. Conduct thorough examinations, diagnose oral health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans. Clearly communicate treatment recommendations and help patients understand their options. Build trusting, long-term relationships with patients and their families. Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants and other providers to deliver coordinated care. Lead and empower your clinical team through effective communication, delegation and daily team huddles. Stay current with advances in dentistry, technology and evidence-based treatment approaches. Maintain the highest standards of clinical ethics, patient safety, confidentiality and regulatory compliance.Qualifications:
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school. Active state dental license or eligibility to obtain one. Current CPR certification. Active DEA license or eligibility to obtain one. Controlled Substance License, if required by the state. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Qualified candidates requiring sponsorship may be considered. A commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. A collaborative approach to working with patients and dental teams.Compensation:
