Requirements Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail technology. Proven experience working in the beauty industry with skills in manicure, pedicure, and gel nails. Strong knowledge of sanitation practices including disinfection procedures for tools and surfaces. Strong client retention skills required. Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and understand their preferences. Ability to perform detailed work while maintaining a lively and positive attitude.
