• 00% of your gratuities on top, plus incentive earnings on retail and add-on services. What you'll do
• Deliver meticulous manicures and pedicures using Privelle's rituals — aromas, exfoliation, masque therapy, massage, hot towels
• Natural-nail services, gel, soak-off removals, and enhancements (builder gel, hard gel, acrylic) to your skill set
• Create French designs, chrome finishes, and nail art
• Protect natural-nail health and follow all sanitation and infection-control procedures
• Consult and recommend maintenance without pressure What we're looking for
• Active California manicurist or cosmetology license — required
• Strong manicure and pedicure skills; confident gel application and safe removal
• Experience with builder gel, hard gel, acrylic, or other enhancement systems
• Careful sanitation habits and genuine attention to detail
• Weekend availability preferred. Luxury spa experience appreciated, not required. What you get
