Duties Perform professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity Apply knowledge of color theory to recommend suitable shades and designs that enhance client preferences Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and workstations to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance Deliver outstanding customer service by listening to client needs, providing personalized recommendations, and creating a relaxing experience Upsell additional services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, or esthetic laser treatments to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue Assist clients with retail sales of nail care products, skincare items, and beauty accessories using retail math skills to promote product knowledge effectively Stay current on industry trends including hair extensions, hair styling, hair threading, dermabrasion techniques, and barbering practices to offer comprehensive beauty solutions Qualifications Valid cosmetology license or relevant certification in nail technology required; additional certifications in esthetic laser treatment or dermabrasion are a plus Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, color theory, sanitation procedures, and current beauty trends Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and understand their beauty goals Experience with retail sales strategies including upselling techniques to enhance client experiences and increase sales revenue Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and high standards of hygiene Knowledge of additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, hair extensions, or barbering is advantageous but not mandatory Join us in creating stunning transformations while delivering top-tier customer service!
