Job Description
Nova Glow Studio is Parker's first luxury boutique Pilates and wellness studio, opening soon at The Juniper on Mainstreet, and we're looking for the person who will be the first face our members see every single time they walk through the door. This is not a desk job. You are the heartbeat of the member experience and the reason someone feels genuinely welcomed the moment they arrive. You are the person who remembers a client's name by their second visit, and a knowledgeable guide to our curated wellness retail collection. You care about the details because the details are what make the difference between a good experience and one people tell their friends about. What You'll Do Greet and check in members warmly and by name. Manage class bookings, waitlists, and membership questions through Mariana Tek (full training provided). Support retail sales and product education for our curated clean wellness collection. Assist with the post-class cold towel ritual and other signature client experience touches. Keep the studio clean, fully stocked, and looking impeccable at all times. Support member retention through attentive follow-up and genuine hospitality. Open and close the studio per established procedures. What We're Looking For You're a natural host. You make people feel at ease without being over the top about it. You have an eye for detail, take pride in your work, and are genuinely drawn to the wellness space. Customer service, retail, or hospitality experience (boutique fitness or spa background is a strong plus). Comfortable learning new software quickly and accurately. Organized, dependable, and genuinely warm — not just professionally polite. Passion for wellness, fitness, or lifestyle brands. Ability to stand for extended periods, perform light lifting (towels, retail products), and maintain a fast-paced, high-detail environment. Availability for morning (5:30-11:30am Mon-Fri), evening (4:30-7:30pm Mon-Thu) and/or weekend (7:45am-1:30pm Sat-Sun) shifts; approximately 8-30 hours per week. Compensation & Perks - W2 Employee Position $21-$23 per hour, depending on experience. Complimentary classes across all formats. 25% retail discount. 2 guest passes per month to introduce people to the studio. Room to grow with the studio — we're building something, and we want our founding team members to grow with it. This is a part-time W-2 position. Colorado FAMLI coverage included as required by state law. Employer-sponsored health insurance and retirement benefits are not currently offered. A Note on This Role You'll be part of our founding team and one of the first people to represent Nova Glow to our members. The standards, rituals, and client experience we build together from the start will define what this studio becomes. We're looking for someone who takes that seriously.
