Responsibilities Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic nail applications, and nail extensions with precision and artistry Apply color theory principles to create customized nail designs that match client preferences and current trends Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation and disinfection procedures for tools and workstations Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive experience Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare to promote healthy nails Upsell retail products related to nail care and beauty treatments to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue Stay updated on the latest industry techniques including dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, eyelash extensions, hair styling, body waxing, hair threading, and hair extensions to offer comprehensive beauty services Qualifications Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail technology or related fields Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a Nail Technician or similar role Strong knowledge of nail care techniques including acrylic application, gel manicures, and nail extensions Familiarity with salon safety protocols, sanitation standards, disinfection procedures, and client communication best practices Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse clients Knowledge of color theory and design principles for creating appealing nail art Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a professional demeanor Embark on a rewarding career where your creativity meets exceptional service!
