We're a boutique nail salon in Newark looking for a licensed nail technician who takes pride in clean work, clean stations, and making clients feel taken care of. If you love gel, acrylics, and nail art—and you want a salon that books consistently instead of leaving you to hunt for clients—we want to meet you. What you'll do: Perform manicures, pedicures, gel, acrylic, overlays, fills, and nail art. Consult with clients on shape, length, design, and nail health. Follow Delaware sanitation and disinfection standards on every service. Keep your station organized, stocked, and ready between clients. Build repeat clients through consistent quality and a professional, friendly manner. Recommend add-ons and aftercare when they actually help the client. Stay current on trends and techniques.

What you need:

Active Delaware nail technician or cosmetology license (required). Ability to perform gel and acrylic services cleanly and on time. Strong sanitation habits. Reliable transportation to Newark. Professional communication and a calm, client-first attitude.

Nice to have:

1+ year salon experience (new graduates with strong skills are welcome). Nail art / builder gel / structured manicure experience. Instagram or portfolio of recent work. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
