Duties Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, dip powder, nails art and nail extensions with precision and artistry Apply advanced techniques including nail art, color blending, and design to enhance client satisfaction Maintain strict salon safety protocols and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, recommend suitable treatments, and provide personalized care Upsell retail products like nail care essentials, skincare items, and beauty tools to enhance client experience and salon revenue Stay updated on the latest trends in nail design, color theory, and industry innovations to offer cutting-edge services Assist with maintaining salon cleanliness, disinfection procedures, and inventory management Qualifications Proven experience working as a professional nail technician within the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of work Certification in cosmetology or esthetician licensing as required by local regulations Expertise in nail care techniques including acrylic application, gel manicures, nail extensions, and sanitation practices Knowledge of salon safety protocols, disinfection procedures, and hygiene standards Strong communication skills to engage with diverse clients confidently and professionally Familiarity with retail sales strategies such as upselling products and retail math calculations Additional skills such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling or threading are a plus but not mandatory Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier nail artistry while providing outstanding customer service!
