Position Overview We are currently seeking experienced Nail Technicians to join our growing team.

Flexible Opening Business hours ; Mon-Fri ; 10 to 7 pm

1099 Independent Contractor (Senior Level) Experience Requirements Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience (required) Expert in: Traditional manicures & pedicures Regular gel manicures & pedicures Plus (not required): Hard Gel Dry Manicure Dip Powder Must be well-groomed , professional, and a team player Fluent English required

Responsibilities :

Perform high-quality nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel applications, and hand/foot massages Clean, shape, and polish nails with precision and attention to detail Recommend colors, designs, and enhancements based on guest preferences Maintain strict sanitation, sterilization, and hygiene standards Prepare, clean, and restock workstations between appointments Follow all service protocols and spa standards Upsell treatments and retail products when appropriate Educate clients on nail care and maintenance Provide a calm, relaxing, luxury experience for every guest Accommodate last-minute bookings when possible Assist with reception coverage when required Report any equipment issues to management Maintain punctuality and readiness for all scheduled services Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Valid Florida Nail Technician License (required) Previous experience in a high-end spa or salon environment Knowledge of sanitation and sterilization regulations Experience with computers and spa software Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work calmly under pressure Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Discretion and confidentiality with guest information Professional appearance and demeanor at all times Compensation & Benefits 1099 Senior Nail Technician - Commission-Based 100% of tips (we use tippy apps you receive your tips each day, Really Good Tips) Commission on retail sales Bonus opportunities Employee discounts Professional development & training Free parking High-end clientele with strong tipping culture Schedule 6 to 10-hour shifts Weekend availability required Expected hours: 20-40 hours/week (flexible)
