Davie, FL Apply today and grow with us from day one. Duties Perform a variety of nail care services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements while adhering to sanitation protocols. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized according to industry standards. Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and providing personalized recommendations. Engage in retail sales by promoting products that complement the services provided, utilizing retail math skills for inventory management. Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience while meeting personal sales goals. Communicate effectively with clients regarding their preferences and any aftercare instructions following treatments. Qualifications Valid state license as a Nail Technician and/or Cosmetologist. Strong understanding of sanitation practices and procedures within the beauty industry. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships with clients. Proficient communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. A passion for the beauty industry with a commitment to ongoing education and skill development.
