Duties Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic and nail extension applications, and nail art designs. Apply nail enhancements such as acrylics and extensions with precision and care, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal. Follow salon safety protocols by maintaining strict sanitation standards through proper disinfection procedures for tools and workstations. Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences, recommend suitable treatments, and educate on nail care routines. Assist clients with retail sales of nail products, skincare items, and related beauty accessories while upselling additional services when appropriate. Maintain a clean, organized workspace that adheres to all health regulations and safety guidelines. Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and foster long-term relationships. Skills Strong knowledge of color theory to create visually appealing nail designs and art. Proficiency in applying various nail enhancements including gel manicures, acrylic nails, and extensions. Experience in performing pedicures, manicures, and esthetic laser treatments is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Deep understanding of sanitation practices, disinfection procedures, and salon safety protocols. Familiarity with the latest trends in nail care, body waxing, eyelash extensions, hair styling, hair extensions, and other beauty services. Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining a friendly approach.
