Nail Specialist Supervisor:

Train and guide junior technicians on operational procedures, techniques, and company policies, ensuring adherence to quality standards and supporting skill development. Assist in coordinating salon workflow to ensure efficient operations and consistent service quality. Perform advanced nail care services including manicures and pedicures, with a focus on high-quality execution of shaping, cuticle care, nail preparation, and finishing. Apply acrylic and gel nail enhancements to ensure quality and durability. Design and execute detailed nail art, including hand-painted and custom designs, tailored to client preferences. Assess the condition of clients nails and hands and recommend appropriate treatments and products. Maintain and ensure compliance with sanitation and sterilization protocols in accordance with health and safety regulations. Manage inventory of nail care products and tools, including monitoring stock levels and requisitioning necessary supplies. Schedule client appointments, maintain service records, process transactions, and assist in assigning work schedules to ensure efficient and timely service delivery. Handle client inquiries and address customer complaints regarding services provided.

Required:

3 months of training as a Nail Technician, 48 months of experience as a Nail Specialist or similar, and a Nail Specialist license.
