Job Summary We are seeking an energetic, knowledgeable, and passionate Esthetics & Nail Educator to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is qualified and confident in both esthetics and nail services and enjoys sharing their knowledge with aspiring beauty professionals. This is a paid educator position focused on teaching, mentoring, coaching, and supporting students throughout their education. Our curriculum, lesson plans, and educational materials are already established. The educator's role is to effectively deliver and follow the provided curriculum while creating an engaging, positive, and professional learning environment. We are also open to a licensed cosmetologist with strong experience in both esthetics and nail care . A cosmetologist who is highly skilled in hair, skin, and nails would be an added bonus. Duties & Responsibilities Educate and mentor students in both esthetics and nail care Deliver established curriculum, lesson plans, theory, demonstrations, and hands-on education Teach and supervise practical applications including facials, skincare treatments, waxing, makeup application, eyelash services, manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and other services included within the program curriculum Demonstrate proper techniques, sanitation, infection control, safety procedures, and professional practices Supervise students during hands-on practice and services performed in a student salon and spa environment Provide constructive feedback, coaching, and encouragement to help students improve their technical and professional skills Monitor student progress and assist with testing, practical evaluations, assignments, and competency assessments Maintain accurate educational and student records as required Maintain a clean, organized, professional, and positive classroom and learning environment Help students develop professionalism, confidence, time management, client communication, and other skills necessary for success in the beauty industry Work collaboratively with other educators and school leadership to support student success and maintain educational standards Qualifications Must have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in both esthetics and nail care Appropriate Florida beauty industry licensure required Licensed cosmetologists with strong esthetics and nail experience are encouraged to apply Strong technical knowledge of skincare, facials, waxing, makeup, eyelash services, manicures, pedicures, and nail services Previous teaching or training experience is a plus, but a passion for educating and mentoring others is equally important Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Ability to provide constructive feedback while creating a positive and supportive learning environment Dependable, professional, energetic, and team-oriented Passionate about helping students grow and succeed in the beauty industry Professional Growth & Development We believe in developing our educators just as much as we develop our students.
