Proven experience as a Nail Technician with strong skills in manicure/pedicure techniques and nail art design Knowledge of salon management software such as Millennium or similar systems for scheduling and record-keeping Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients Strong sanitation practices adhering to health regulations for sterilization of tools and workstations Familiarity with retail sales strategies and upselling techniques to promote products confidently Experience with social media management tools like MINDBODY or similar platforms for marketing purposes.
