The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nail care and cosmetology, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail services while ensuring a clean and sanitary environment for all clients. Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, acrylic, hard gel, BIAB, gel polish and nail art. Demonstrate knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting the perfect shades for their nails. Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their needs and preferences. Upsell additional services such as facials, hair and massage. Stay updated on the latest nail care trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations to clients. Assist with retail sales by promoting products that complement the services provided. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients. Requirements Valid cosmetology license or certification in nail technology. Strong knowledge of nail care techniques and sanitation practices. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Experience in retail sales is preferred, including familiarity with retail math concepts. Additional skills in hair styling, barbering or body waxing are a plus. A passion for beauty and wellness with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
