Job Description

We are a brand-new, cutting-edge Podiatry clinic launching an exclusive, 100% waterless medical pedicure and regenerative medicine program in St. John's. Position Overview:
We are seeking a versatile, dual-talented Hybrid Medical Assistant & Licensed Nail Technician. In this role, you will split your time between clinical/administrative medical assistant duties and performing premium, high-ticket waterless medical pedicures in our dedicated foot spa room. This position bridges the gap between healthcare and luxury wellness, making patients look and feel their absolute best.
What You'll Do:
Medical Pedicures:
Perform premium, 100% waterless medical-grade pedicures using sterilized, medical-grade Class B autoclaved instruments.
Clinical Assisting:
Assist the Podiatrist with patient intake, charting, prepping treatment rooms, and supporting our advanced regenerative medicine therapies.
Room & Tool Management:
Maintain a spotless, OSHA-compliant environment. Oversee instrument sterilization cycles using our state-of-the-art autoclave system.
Administrative Support:
Help manage front-house operations, answer patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and maintain clinic flow. Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs, explain procedures thoroughly, and ensure a positive experience from start to finish
What We Are Looking For:
Active Florida Cosmetology or Licensed Nail Technician registration (or an equivalent medical nail professional certification). Experience or formal training as a Medical Assistant (Certified or Registered MA preferred, but strong clinical/administrative background considered). Strong alignment with strict medical sanitation protocols (OSHA & DBPR compliance). Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients Strong organizational skills for appointment scheduling, inventory management of supplies, and adherence to health regulations Effective communication skills to collaborate with medical staff and provide exceptional client experiences A compassionate, professional demeanor with excellent customer service and teamwork skills. Pay:
$22.00 - $34.50 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
