This is a commission based job opportunity and the rate is 60/40! Duties Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic and nail extensions with precision and attention to detail Conduct sanitation and disinfection procedures in accordance with salon safety protocols to maintain a clean workspace Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide personalized recommendations, and ensure satisfaction Educate clients on nail care routines, products, and upselling retail items to enhance their experience and promote ongoing loyalty Stay current with industry trends such as nail art techniques, gel application, and new product innovations like dermabrasion or esthetic laser treatments Maintain accurate appointment schedules, client records, and retail sales transactions using salon management systems Requirements Proven experience working as a Nail Technician or in the beauty industry with strong skills in manicure, pedicure, gel nails, acrylic application, and nail extensions Some existing clientele preferred! Knowledge of sanitation standards, disinfection procedures, and salon safety protocols Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients Certification or licensing in Nail Technology or related fields as required by local regulations Strong retail sales skills including upselling and retail math to boost revenue opportunities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism Join our dynamic team where your talent is valued!
