Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylic applications, and nail extensions with precision and artistry Apply color theory principles to create customized nail designs that match client preferences and trends Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation and disinfection procedures for tools and workstations Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive experience Educate clients on proper nail care routines and product usage to promote healthy nails Upsell retail products related to nail care, skincare, and beauty enhancements to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue Stay updated on the latest industry trends, techniques such as dermabrasion or eyelash extensions, and new product offerings to provide innovative services Skills Strong knowledge of color theory, nail care techniques, and salon safety protocols Experience working in the beauty industry with proficiency in manicure, pedicure, gel manicures, acrylic nails, and nail extensions Excellent communication skills for client consultation and service explanation Ability to perform sanitation procedures diligently to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Familiarity with retail sales strategies including upselling products effectively Knowledge of esthetic laser treatments, hair extensions, body waxing, hair styling, hair threading, eyelash extensions is a plus but not required Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Join us in creating beautiful transformations while delivering outstanding customer service!
