Your expertise in color theory, nail extensions, gel manicures, and sanitation will ensure every service is performed with precision and safety. Duties Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylic applications, and nail extensions with meticulous attention to detail. Apply advanced techniques such as nail art, color blending, and intricate designs to meet client preferences. Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation and disinfection procedures for tools and workstations. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their desired look and offering professional recommendations. Upsell retail products like nail care items, skincare products, or beauty tools to enhance the client experience and support salon sales goals. Educate clients on proper nail care routines and post-service maintenance to promote healthy nails. Stay updated on industry trends including esthetic laser treatments, eyelash extensions, hair styling, body waxing, and other beauty services to broaden your skill set. Requirements Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail technology. Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a Nail Technician or similar role. Strong knowledge of sanitation standards, disinfection procedures, and salon safety protocols. Compensation This is a commission-based position with strong earning potential. 60% commission on all nail services performed 100% of tips go directly to you Nail technicians typically earn the equivalent of $20-$30 per hour depending on clientele, availability, and services performed Embark on a rewarding career where your talent transforms everyday moments into extraordinary experiences!
