Your expertise in various nail techniques, combined with your excellent customer service skills, will create a welcoming environment where clients look forward to their appointments. Duties Expert in : Manicure, Pedicure, Hard gel , color gel , gel x extensions Perform a wide range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic and nail extensions, and nail art using color theory principles to enhance aesthetic appeal Speaks English and Spanish Minimum 5 years of experience Apply and remove nail enhancements safely following salon safety protocols and disinfection procedures Conduct esthetic treatments such as dermabrasion and eyelash extensions to complement nail services Educate clients on proper nail care, maintenance, and retail product recommendations to promote healthy nails Maintain a clean and sanitized work station in compliance with sanitation standards and disinfection procedures Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations Having an existing clientele that follows you is plus Experience Proven experience working as a Nail Technician or in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of nail work Knowledge of color theory, nail extensions, gel manicures, acrylic application, and sanitation standards Familiarity with salon safety protocols, disinfection procedures, and client communication best practices Ability to perform additional beauty services such as body waxing, hair styling, hair threading, barbering, or esthetic laser treatments is a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients about nail care and recommend appropriate products or services Experience in retail sales and upselling techniques to maximize client satisfaction and salon profitability Join our team where your talent will be celebrated!
