Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic and nail extension applications with precision and artistry Apply advanced techniques such as nail art, color theory, and design to meet client preferences Maintain strict salon safety protocols and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, recommend suitable services, and provide aftercare advice Upsell retail products related to nail care and beauty enhancements to enhance client experience and salon revenue Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art, techniques, and industry standards through ongoing education Assist with maintaining a well-organized workspace, including disinfection procedures for tools and equipment Qualifications Bilingual needs to know spanish and english Proven experience working as a manicurist or nail technician within the beauty industry, with a strong portfolio of nail art and design work Knowledge of color theory, nail extensions (such as acrylics), gel manicures, and other advanced nail techniques Familiarity with salon safety protocols, sanitation practices, disinfection procedures, and OSHA regulations Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients Certification in cosmetology or esthetician licensing as required by local regulations Ability to perform detailed work efficiently while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety Additional skills such as hair styling, eyelash extensions, body waxing, or laser treatments are a plus but not required Join us in creating stunning nails while providing an exceptional client experience!
