Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, recommend appropriate services, and upsell retail products confidently. Stay informed about the latest industry trends in nail care, hair styling, hair extensions, and esthetic treatments to offer innovative options. Manage retail sales efficiently by applying retail math skills to promote products that complement services while ensuring excellent client experiences. Requirements Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a manicurist or nail technician with a strong portfolio of nail art and extension work. Knowledge of color theory, nail care techniques, and advanced skills in acrylic nail application and gel manicures. Familiarity with salon safety protocols including sanitation standards and disinfection procedures. Excellent client communication skills to build rapport and ensure customer satisfaction. Certification or licensing in cosmetology or related fields as required by local regulations. Ability to perform multiple beauty treatments such as pedicures, body waxing, hair styling, hair threading, eyelash extensions, and esthetic laser treatments is preferred.
