In this role, you will deliver exceptional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail extensions, while creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients. Your expertise in color theory, nail art, and sanitation will ensure each guest leaves feeling confident and pampered. Duties Perform professional manicure and pedicure treatments with precision and care Apply gel manicures, acrylic nails, and nail extensions using proper techniques Incorporate color theory to create custom nail designs tailored to client preferences Maintain strict salon safety protocols and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean environment Educate clients on nail care routines and recommend retail products for ongoing maintenance Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired look and provide personalized suggestions Upsell additional services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, or esthetic laser treatments to enhance client experience Follow disinfection procedures for tools and workstations to uphold salon hygiene standards Assist with retail sales by promoting nail care products and accessories Experience Proven experience working as a Nail Technician or in a similar role within the beauty industry Knowledge of nail art techniques, including gel manicures, acrylic application, and nail extensions Familiarity with salon safety protocols, sanitation standards, and disinfection procedures Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients Experience in customer service with a focus on building lasting client relationships Basic understanding of retail math for upselling products effectively Certification in cosmetology or esthetician licensing as required by local regulations Join our team where your passion for beauty meets endless opportunities for creativity!
