Experience Proven experience working as a Nail Technician or in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and acrylic applications. Knowledge of color theory, nail extensions, nail care techniques, and sanitation standards is essential. Familiarity with salon safety protocols including disinfection procedures and client communication skills is required. Experience performing additional beauty treatments such as hair styling, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, or body waxing is a plus. Strong retail math skills for upselling products effectively while maintaining excellent communication skills with clients are highly valued. Certification in cosmetology or esthetician licensing is necessary to ensure compliance with local regulations.
