Responsibilities Perform a wide range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, with precision and artistry. Apply advanced techniques such as color theory to create customized nail designs that suit each client's style and preferences. Maintain strict salon safety protocols, sanitation standards, and disinfection procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the service. Stay current with industry trends and other beauty services offered at the spa. Qualifications Proven experience working as a Nail Technician or in the beauty industry with knowledge of manicure, pedicure, gel manicures, acrylic nails, and nail extensions. Strong understanding of color theory, sanitation practices, disinfection procedures, and salon safety protocols. Certification in cosmetology or esthetician licensing as required by local regulations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with clients. Knowledge of additional beauty treatments such as dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, hair styling, hair extensions, barbering, and esthetic laser treatments is a plus.
