We are looking for someone who already has a strong foundation in nails and is excited to expand their skills, grow their clientele, and build a long-term career with Kató Beauty. Requirements Valid Florida Nail Specialist or Cosmetology license Minimum 1-2 years of professional nail experience ; more experience is preferredbut not required Some knowledge of foundation in nail prep, shaping, gel application, and sanitation Reliable, punctual, professional, and detail-oriented Coachable and open to constructive feedback Passionate about improving their technique and continuing their education Comfortable working in a team environment Services & Training Previous Russian manicure experience is not required , but candidates must already have professional nail experience and an understanding of nail services. Kató Beauty will provide hands-on training in our techniques and standards, including: Russian Manicures Russian Pedicures Gel-X Extensions Proper e-file technique Cuticle preparation and detailing Nail shaping, gel application, and finishing techniques Responsibilities Provide high-quality nail services while maintaining Kató Beauty standards Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations Educate clients on nail care routines, product benefits, and maintenance tips to promote healthy nails Maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow proper disinfection procedures after every client Provide a professional, welcoming, and personalized client experience Continue developing skills through training, practice, and feedback Take pride in the quality and consistency of your work Work collaboratively with the Kató Beauty team We're looking for a technician who is passionate about their craft, takes initiative, and is excited to continue growing their skills and clientele in a supportive, education-focused salon environment.
