Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Spa Nail Technician to join our talented team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, and nail extensions, while providing outstanding customer service. Your expertise will help clients achieve their beauty goals in a relaxing setting that emphasizes sanitation, safety, and personalized attention. Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail treatments such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, gel x , and nail extensions with precision and care. Apply color theory principles to recommend suitable nail colors and designs that complement each client's style. Maintain strict salon safety protocols and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, offer advice on nail care, and promote additional services or retail products. Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art, techniques like dermabrasion or eyelash extensions, and new product offerings to enhance client satisfaction. Uphold disinfection procedures for tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations. Assist with retail sales of skincare products, nail care items, and other beauty accessories to support overall client wellness. Must self promote through social media and events Qualifications Proven experience working as a Nail Technician or in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio. Knowledge of color theory, nail extensions, gel manicures, and manicure techniques. Familiarity with salon safety protocols, sanitation standards, and disinfection procedures. Excellent communication skills to engage clients effectively and understand their beauty goals. Ability to perform detailed work such as body waxing or hair styling is a plus but not required. Certification in cosmetology or related field is preferred; ongoing education in esthetic laser treatments or hair threading is advantageous.
