Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Technician to join our team. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nail care services to our clients. Your role will involve working closely with our clients to understand their needs, offering personalized recommendations, and delivering high-quality nail treatments.

Duties:

• Provide expert nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
• Offer a range of nail polish colors and finish options to suit our clients' preferences.
• Utilize advanced techniques such as Dermabrasion and body waxing to ensure a high-quality finish.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized environment, adhering to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills to understand our clients' needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in nail care and continue to develop your skills through ongoing training and education.
• Work effectively as part of a team, providing exceptional customer service and supporting colleagues where needed.
• Upsell and promote additional services to enhance the overall experience for our clients.
• Participate in retail sales and promote our products and services to increase revenue and drive business growth.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of color theory to advise clients on the best nail polish colors for their skin tone and personal style.

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Nail Technician is essential, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.
• Knowledge of advanced nail care techniques such as Dermabrasion and body waxing is highly desirable.
• Experience with eyelash extensions is also beneficial.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, with a focus on building strong relationships and providing personalized recommendations.
• A background in hair styling is also a plus, as this will enable you to offer additional services to our clients and increase revenue through retail sales.
• Strong organizational skills are essential, with the ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
• A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in nail care is vital, with a commitment to ongoing training and education.
