In this role, you will deliver exceptional nail care services that leave clients feeling pampered, confident, and beautiful. Your expertise in various nail techniques, combined with outstanding customer service skills, will help create a welcoming atmosphere where clients return time and again. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity and technical skills while contributing to a luxurious salon experience. Duties Perform a wide range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, dip powder, acrylic , and nail extensions with precision and care. Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation and disinfection procedures for tools, equipment, and workstations. Provide personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable nail treatments or retail products. Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare to ensure long-lasting results. Upsell retail products such as nail polishes, treatments, or accessories to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue. Stay updated on the latest trends in nail artistry, esthetic laser treatments, and body waxing techniques to continually elevate service quality. Skills Strong knowledge of color theory, nail care principles. Proficiency in performing various treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic nails, and nail extensions. Familiarity with salon safety protocols, sanitation standards, disinfection procedures, and OSHA regulations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients. Experience working in the beauty industry. Retail sales skills combined with retail math knowledge to effectively upsell products and increase revenue opportunities. Strong communication skills paired with the ability to educate clients on nail care routines and product benefits.
