La Julieta Salon LLC is seeking a talented, professional Nail Technician to join our team in Chicago. We're looking for someone who is confident in their craft, attentive to detail, and committed to providing an elevated client experience in a creative and collaborative salon environment. Responsibilities Provide professional nail services based on client needs and consultations Perform manicures, pedicures, and other nail services within your professional scope Deliver consistent, high-quality results with strong attention to detail Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation Follow all salon sanitation, safety, and service standards Properly clean and disinfect tools and equipment between clients Assist with maintaining the overall appearance and organization of the salon Support salon operations and complete reasonable side work as assigned by salon leadership Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and team members Qualifications Valid Illinois nail technician or cosmetology license applicable to services performed Professional experience providing nail services Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent communication and customer-service skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation, presentation, and client care Compensation This is a commission-based position. Compensation is based on services performed in accordance with La Julieta Salon's commission structure.
