Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and artistry Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas to ensure client safety and comply with health regulations Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or products Stay updated on the latest trends in nail design, color theory, and techniques to offer innovative services Upsell additional services like hand or foot massages, skincare treatments, or retail products to enhance client experience Manage retail sales of nail care products and beauty supplies effectively using retail math skills Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication skills and personalized service Requirements Valid cosmetology license with certification in nail technology or related field Proven experience in nail care, including applying gel, acrylics, and performing detailed nail art Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper sterilization procedures Familiarity with color theory to create harmonious designs and appealing color combinations Skills in additional beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, hair extensions, hair threading, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, barbering or related services are a plus Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining a positive attitude Embark on a rewarding career where your artistry makes a difference!
