Classroom Teaching Full Job Description Responsibilities:

Provide instruction in both English and Spanish. Hold a valid Illinois Nail Technology Instructor License. Teach nail technology theory and practical skills through classroom lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on training. Demonstrate professional techniques in manicures, pedicures, gel polish, acrylics etc. Deliver engaging classroom lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on training. Evaluate student progress through assessments. Ensure compliance with IDFPR regulations and school policies. Maintain attendance, grades, student progress reports, and required documentation. Demonstrate proper sanitation, infection control, safety, and OSHA standards. Supervise, mentor and motivate students. Participate in faculty meetings.

Qualifications:

Required:

Active Illinois Nail Technology Instructor License.

Required:

Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written). Previous teaching, training, or salon experience preferred. Knowledge of current nail technology techniques, products, sanitation practices, and industry best practices.

Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
