Nail Technicians:
you should be able to produce detailed, high-quality work without being rushed, overbooked, or physically uncomfortable. At Diamond Nail Co. we are building a different kind of nail salon—one where talented technicians have the time, support, equipment, and structure needed to do their best work and grow their income. We are not a discount salon, and we do not compete by offering the lowest price. We compete on quality, consistency, professionalism, and the client experience.What working here looks like:
- Appointments are scheduled intentionally, with enough time to complete services properly and maintain a clean, consistent standard.
- Technicians are not double-booked, and walk-ins are accepted only when the schedule genuinely allows for them.
- We prioritize ergonomic working positions and professional equipment because a sustainable career should not require constant physical strain.
- Our business model is not based on underpricing services, overbooking technicians, or pushing maximum volume. We would rather provide fewer excellent services than rush through a high number of inconsistent ones.
- Clients are expected to respect appointment times, salon policies, and the value of professional nail care; we stick to our policies to protect our business.
