We specialize in Russian manicures and pedicures (e-file/dry technique), and structured gel strenghtening overlays. Position Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Nail Technician with experience in e-file manicures and pedicures , including dry manicures and Russian manicures . The ideal candidate has a sharp attention to detail, maintains high sanitation standards, and provides exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform expert-level e-file manicures (dry & Russian manicure techniques) Provide e-file pedicures , including callus removal, cuticle work, and gel polish application Offer gel strengthening overlay manicure services, and light nail art services Maintain a clean and professional work area following all state board sanitation standards Stay updated on current trends, tools, and techniques in the nail industry Build and retain a strong client base through quality work and professionalism

Qualifications:

Valid state nail technician or cosmetology license Minimum 1 year of experience in e-file manicures and pedicures Strong understanding of nail anatomy and safe electric file usage High attention to detail and hygiene Excellent communication and client service skills Portfolio or active social media presence showcasing your work is a plus

Compensation:

Commission-based pay , with earning potential based on performance and clientele (starting at 40% plus tips) Flexible scheduling, supportive work environment, and service discounts Opportunities for continued education and growth within the salon
