Tanghulu Nails is a premium press-on nail brand based in Boston, offering high-quality handmade nails that can be applied in 10 minutes and last up to 3 weeks. We are expanding and looking for team members who want to grow into leadership roles. Position Overview We are looking for a Nail Technician to apply press-on nails for customers and support daily store operations. This is not a traditional salon role — we focus on wearable press-on nails. Training will be provided, but basic nail experience is required. This role has a clear path to grow into a Store Manager position. Responsibilities Apply press-on nails for customers (fast, clean, professional) Recommend styles and assist customers with selection Maintain hygiene and presentation standards Support inventory and daily store operations Learn store systems and team management processes Requirements Must have experience doing nails (on yourself or others) Basic understanding of nail shapes, sizing, and application Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Good communication and customer service skills Responsible and reliable Preferred (Not Required) Previous nail technician or salon experience Retail or customer service experience Leadership or management experience Loves social media Comfortable being on camera Interested in beauty entrepreneurship Self-motivated and proactive Growth Opportunity This is a long-term role with the opportunity to grow into a Store Manager position for high-performing candidates.
