Spa Nail Technician — Manchester-by-the-Sea, MA Join our chic spa salon in Manchester-by-the-Sea, where artistry meets relaxation. We're looking for a skilled Nail Technician to deliver exceptional nail care in a beautiful, upscale environment.

Schedule:

Full-time and part-time positions available; hours vary by technician.

Pay:

Competitive base salary + commission, based on experience and skill level. Top techs in full-time positions can earn a guaranteed weekly base of $1,200+, with commission on top once you exceed it. Equivalent to $20-$50/hour depending on experience. Russian manicure certification or strong nail art skills a plus — higher base tier. Responsibilities Perform manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, and nail extensions/acrylics Recommend colors and designs suited to each client Follow strict sanitation and sterilization protocols Build rapport with clients and recommend retail products or add-on services Keep your workspace clean and organized

Bonus:

lash extensions or waxing experience Requirements Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with nail tech certification Experience in nail care and related beauty services Strong sanitation and safety knowledge Great customer service and communication skills Russian manicure certification and/or nail art expertise a plus (higher pay tier)
